This paper proposes a fuzzy optimum theory, model and approach for multiobjective decision making systems based on relative membership degree and relative membership function, further, an approach to determinate objective weights are proposed by combination of objectivity and subjectivity. A Case study shows the method is applicable to floodcontrol operation of reservoirs.
