在城乡一体化的经济格局下,加快对新型农村社区居住模式的研究,对改善农民生产生活方式和居住条件具有重大的现实意义.针对河南省新型农村社区居住模式在发展过程中对满足农民生产生活要求、继承传统农村特色、经济环保、交往空间设计等方面的不足,提出建议:坚持以人为本的原则,对社区进行全面科学的分析和规划;汲取传统居住空间模式精华,将传统和创新元素相结合;在居住模式中融入新功能、新空间,采用新结构、新技术;在居住模式中营造具有归属感的社区交往空间;结合当地居民特点和资源优势,实施适宜的社区建设技术政策.

Under the economic landscape of the urban-rural integration,accelerating research on new rural community living mode is of great practical significance to improve the lifestyle and living conditions of farmers.At present,there are many deficiencies for Henan new rural community living patterns in the development process,including some aspects of the satisfaction of the farmers’ production and living requirements,the inherited traditional rural characteristics,the lack of the economic environment protection and the communication space design and so on.Some recommendations are proposed including adhering to the people-oriented principle,carrying out a comprehensive and scientific analysis and planning for the communities,learning the essence of traditional living space mode,combining with the traditional and innovative elements,integrating the new features and the new space,using the new structure and new technology,creating the communication space with a sense of belonging in the settlement patterns,implementing the appropriate policy of the community building technology through combining with characteristics and resource advantages of the local residents and so on.
